Website Operation
My days of operation for this site are Tuesday thru Friday. That means that any orders, messages, or other interactions through my site may not be addressed until my next business day. If you place an order on Saturday, your item will not be shipped until Tuesday. There may be exceptions to this, but please be considerate as this is a one-man team.

Return Policy
Original work over $200 before tax and shipping can be refunded. An order number or receipt will be required as proof of purchase. The item must be returned within 30 days of shipping and return in original condition. If the item is damaged in any way upon arrival, there will be no refund issued. This policy does not included "Marked Down" pieces or "Contracted Pieces" where all sales are final.
You can requests refunds when logged into your account.
All other sales will be final upon purchase, so please choose wisely! I work hard to make sure all my customers are happy, so if you have any questions or concerns please contact me thorugh the contact page.

Terms and Services
Intellectual Property Notice
Rights to artwork remain the sole property of JAC including after purchase. This includes the purchase of any and all products and designs, including current and/or future reproductions of any kind. The purchase of any item, original or otherwise, does not grant the customer permission to mint the piece into an NFT, print and distribute in any form or reproduce in any way by means of profit and/or otherwise.
Collectors may not reproduce artwork in any way without express written permission from the artist. Posting images of the items purchased on social media are always welcome and does not breach this clause.
Liability
I am not liable for goods once they are in the possession of the buyer. It is not my duty to refund, exchange, replace or compensate by any means for the damage of products that have been mishandled by customers. For example: smudging fingerprints, tearing fine art prints, damaging works, etc.
As guaranteed under consumer protections, compensation for damage is due if/when damaged products are received when impacted by postal services and/or faulty merchandise has been dispatched. Every print is inspected several times before shipping.
Please read the product descriptions thoroughly and carefully. It is not my duty to compensate customers who do not read the information provided in the product description prior to purchase
